This year, Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 introduced various weekly and daily events for players. This includes the upcoming FNCS or Fortnite Championship Series. In addition to its ongoing challenges and cash soups, Fortnite has released rules for FNCS single-player season 3, where PC games will be separated from console games.

FNCS Finals and Solo Qualifiers Format

Each qualification for the FNCS Solo Season 3 Chapter 2 will consist of three rounds. In order for a player to advance from round one to round two, they will need to qualify among the top 3,000 players in their respective regions and platforms. Only the first 100 players will advance to the second round, of which only 50 will advance to the final. Through the qualifying rounds, 4,200 players will be able to compete against each other, 200 of whom will be added to the pool via regularity points during the tournament. Players will face off in the opening rounds, and the top 25 players from each round advance to the season finals.

FNCS Solo Qualifying Format Details

Under the new rules, the top 3,000 players from North East America and Europe will advance to the semi-finals. For the North West America and Brazil regions, the top 2,000 will advance to the semi-finals, and 1,000 players from Oceania, the Middle East and Asia will advance. Only 100 players from the semi-finals will advance to their region’s final, with the top 50 players advancing to the preliminary phase. This will include the aforementioned setting of the top 25 ranked players who will advance straight to the Finals.

Solo FNCS Rules

The FNCS Solo Season 3 Chapter 2 tournament will be open to players who have reached the Champions Division in Arena mode. The players will then compete against each other for the qualifiers which begin on August 1. Two separate tournaments for PC players and console and mobile players will take place.

  • 51st – 75th: 1 point

Note: Each elimination: 1 point, capped at 20 elimination points per match.

FNCS Solo Season 3 Chapter 2 live stream

Of all the qualifiers to the finals, the FNCS will be available to stream on YouTube and Twitch. Twitch users can also earn exclusive Fortnite items such as sprays and emojis through Twitch Drops.

FNCS jackpot

According to Epic Games, the total tournament prize pool will be $ 5,000,000. Qualifying and Finals will have separate prize pools. The maximum prize awarded in the final will be $ 50,000, while the maximum prize in the qualifiers will be $ 3,000.
